2025年1月19日に高円寺のOriental Foreceで開催されたモジュラーシンセやグルーブボックスを中心とした電子系インプロヴィゼーションイベント『寂不異音』で、虚無僧 流水×錆鉢がライブを行いました。尺八関係者とは全く異なる若い世代で立ち見が出るほど盛況で、中には尺八の音色を初めて聴いて感動したという人もいて、尺八を吹く機会があれば先入観なく何処にでも出かけて行って本気で吹くべきなのだと思い知りました。お越しいただいた皆様、ありがとうございました。
Komuso Ryusui x Sabibachi performed live at ”Sabifuion”, an electronic improvisation event centered on modular synths and grooveboxes, held at Oriental Force in Koenji on January 19, 2025. The event was a great success, with many people from a younger generation, completely different from those involved with the shakuhachi, standing room only, and some people said they were moved when they heard the sound of the shakuhachi for the first time. This made me realise that if we have the opportunity to play the shakuhachi, we should go anywhere without preconceptions and play with all our heart. Thank you to everyone who came.
